The Hobo Series celebrates the outliers of the wine world: varietals with baggage, misunderstood styles, and grapes that don’t play by the rules. Eclectic, expressive, and never the same twice, these wines are a tribute to the wandering spirit of Hatch. Always here, always changing, always unapologetically themselves.
Dynasty
Wines with presence.
Dynasty is Hatch at its most ambitious; bold blends, serious structure, and labels that carry more than a little weight. These are cellar-worthy bottles with a punk-rock pulse. Inspired by elephants, moonshine shacks, and the desire to leave a legacy that’s impossible to ignore.

The House Series is the beating heart of Hatch; dry, acid-driven, and built for real-life drinking. Approachable but never boring, these are wines that reflect who we are and how we drink. Born from enoteca philosophy and wrapped in nest-headed mystery, they’re here for whatever, whenever.
