In the interim of not having to deal with “checking your coat” at the club over the last few years, we created this digit. As an homage of sorts to the marvellous pedigree of revered Burgundian pockets. A balance of leaness, levity & pseudo decadence across the board.

This newest of hatchings is a bi-product of the inimitable wit of Brodie Isaac & perpetual artistic genius of Paul Morstad.  “Kartoffel Kafka” is the visage of this poignant reference to the pretention laden hierarchy of Chardonnay & Burgundy, also a subversive reference to the man himself...if you’re keeping up on your Czech you’ll understand, if not…well, never mind. The rest is a liquid mystery, best investigated in a liquid sense.
