An old & familiar friend for most, but prehaps a new acquantance for some. Hatchchild is our not so subtle homage or nod to the prolific Rothschild family/Chateau Mouton Rothschild. This wine is 100% Cab Sauv from the gravelly greatness & landscape of Jagger Rock in the heart of the Similkameen Valley
